Questions
After your 15-day trial, if you continue to use our services, you'll receive an invoice for the next month's usage, and every month thereafter.
No credit card is required to start. We do encourage clients to enroll in auto-pay once they're up and running.
No, you're not locked into a contract. You can cancel your VetSkribe subscription at any time.
For monthly subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the month in which we receive your request, and you won't be charged for the following month.
For annual prepaid subscriptions, we provide a prorated refund for the unused portion, beginning with the month following the month in which we receive your request.
Billing adjusts monthly. If one of your doctors no longer needs their subscription, the billing is adjusted the following month.
Your notes are yours. You can ask us to transfer them to you, even after a cancellation.
